When I get the Apartment Therapy daily email, I scroll immediately down to "Today's Hot House Tour". Every day there is a new photo tour of a unique and creatively decorated small home or apartment.
Last Friday's house tour caught my eye. I love the before and after shots, and the transformation is so inspiring! They turn a typical "white box" apartment into a really amazing space.

Amazing, right?! It looks like a completely different apartment. The built-in's on the right are my favorite part about this room.

I'm usually not a huge fan of red, but the way this homeowner put together all these warm colors is changing my mind :>) (A Christmas tree never hurts, either!)

Love: Runner tying in to the colors in the living room, the extra row of cabinets put on top of the existing kitchen cabinets that create a TON more storage space, and the use of wallpaper above the cabinets to give definition and design.
This hallway leads into the master bedroom from the kitchen. Apparently this homeowner was downsizing when he purchased this apartment, and he went from a home with a guest bedroom to one with none. This is such a creative way to add space for a guest! He even uses the existing rolling ladder:
It may be a little cramped, but I think it's such a creative solution.
