How amazing is aiming that electronic gun at ANY item that tickles your fancy? Knowing it will be yours very soon? Answer: EXTREMELY AMAZING.

It's funny how fast things change. I'll have been married for a year this coming September, which seems just crazy to me! I literally feel like I was JUST running through stores, eyeballing my favorite pieces, aiming that gun, and shooting!
I still love my White Lenox China. It is perfect for our everyday use, and (knock on wood!) so far it has been 100% durable :>)

However, every now and then I run across an item that I WISH I had placed on my registry. (Especially since my sister started registering for her wedding. I have been drooling over her registry for the past 6 months! I'll have to devote an entire post to mybegging asking her to put 2 Aqua Blue Le Creuset French Ovens on her registry. One for her and one for.....ha!)
The newest object of my obsession is the simply stunning Juliska tableware. My favorite design would have to be the popular Berry and Thread Dinnerware.

It is so classic and elegant with a very Shabby Chic feel to it. (And clearly I LOVE white tableware).
A few days ago, though, I was traipsing through The Registry in Franklin, TN looking for a gift for an upcoming friend's wedding shower, I spotted a NEW Juliska Dinnerware Collection.
I LOVE IT!

It's the Pewter Stoneware Collection. This is the description on the Juliska website:
"Juliska Pewter Stoneware has rich, old-world luster that summons up visions of grand European estates. It beautifully showcases our unique “mottling” technique that gives each piece and original, hand-thumbed, hammered design."
Sigh. I love the texture and color of it. And even better, it is completely dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer safe! I don't think I could have the entire collection as my tableware, but a serving piece or two could be amazing!
I mean, they would go so well in my kitchen, don'tcha think!?
