My Favorite Things Link Party!

Here are a few of my favorite things today!


1. Vino!  Red, white, sparkling - I don't discriminate ;>)  I love it all!  A glass in the evening after a long rehearsal.  Tasting all my dad's new favorites at Thanksgiving with my sisters and mom.  A quick drink with girlfriends.  A long, lazy dinner with Billy.  Wine makes my world go round :>)

2. Tights and dresses, leggings and sweaters, boots.  That is my uniform when the weather gets chilly!  Bring on the leggings!!!

3.  My Mom's super easy "Smelly Stuff".  At least, that's what my sisters and I always called it when we were younger!  In reality, it's a pot of orange peels, cinnamon sticks, and whole cloves that you boil in water.  It produces the most amazing Christmas-y smell!  Yummm!  She starts boiling around Thanksgiving and keeps it up through New Years.  I pulled my pot out yesterday while I was making pumpkin pies! It puts me right in the holiday spirit!

4. MercyMe: The Christmas Sessions.  It's hard to pick a "Favorite" Christmas album. I love them all! (Babs, Celine, Frank, Dean, Bing) But I do love MercyMe's album.  Every song is incredibly powerful, especially the last song on the record, Joseph's Lullaby.  I tear up every time:

5. Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Stress Control Power-Clear Scrub.  Yes, the title is a little scary :>)  When this face wash was recommended to me, I thought it would be much too strong.  WRONG! This face wash is THE ONLY thing that keeps my skin clear and happy!  Even when Kacey and I were on tour and I had to put a pound of make up on every night, I used this stuff before bed and my skin never broke out.  I mean NEVER.  It's magic in a tube!  You can also leave it on for 10 minutes or so as a mask.  It is absolutely fantastic!

6. My Family :>)  I know this post is supposed to be about "things", but I can't leave them out.  My family is the most important thing in my life, and my FAVORITE thing in my life.
